I’m Miguel, the freelance web developer behind MB Web Works. I start by understanding the context, then build with care and take personal responsibility for every delivery. Based in Madrid, I work with direct clients, teams and agencies in Spain and abroad.
After working across projects of very different scales and industries, I know how to spot risks before they become problems, ask the right questions to move decisions forward and choose solutions that fit the goal, the team and the budget.
I want every project to keep working after handover: a polished interface for its visitors, a clear admin experience for the people managing it and a technical foundation that can evolve without relying on fragile solutions.

Do you work with WordPress, PrestaShop and other CMS platforms?
Yes. I work with WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify and other CMS platforms, as well as building custom solutions when a project requires them. The technology is chosen around your goals, catalogue, integrations and content management needs.
Can you improve or maintain an existing website?
Yes. I can work with new or inherited code to resolve issues, improve performance and accessibility, modernise sections, add functionality or provide ongoing maintenance without rebuilding what already works.
Do you only work with clients in Madrid?
No. Based in Madrid, I work with businesses, agencies, teams and independent ventures throughout Spain and abroad. Collaboration can be fully remote and adapted to each project’s team and tools.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the scope, design, content, languages, functionality and integrations required. After an initial conversation, I prepare a proposal defining the work, schedule and budget, or suggest a block of hours when the scope needs greater flexibility.
How long does a project take?
The timescale depends on the type of website, content availability and the number of review rounds and integrations. Before work starts, we agree the stages, responsibilities and a realistic date; if there is a fixed launch date, I account for it from the planning stage.
